Why is the shared moderation link not working?

If your speaker/moderator is being asked to log into your Glisser account, this is due to one of these three reasons:

  • If you share a moderation link and then log out of your account – you will then need to send a new moderation link when you log in a second time around.
  • You did not click on the clipboard symbol to the right of ‘live control’. Please ensure you send the copied link that is generated from the clipboard symbol.
  • The session is not live and therefore the speaker can not access the live control screen until you click on ‘present from start’.
