Getting Started

I’m attending a presentation using Glisser do I need to download anything?

Glisser is a web-based application, meaning you don’t need to download anything to access live presentations. Instead, simply navigate to the unique URL given by your presenter in your smartphone browser.

What audience devices does Glisser work on?

Glisser works on most major smartphones, tablets or laptops, provided they have a web browser. This includes Windows Phones and Blackberry devices including the Curve. Do I have to pay to be an audience member? No – the audience app is completely free. So, I’ve typed in the URL- What next? Usually, at this point, presenters will require your email address to be typed in, so that they know which members of their audience participated and what they said. Once you’ve done this, you’ll be able to access the first slide. When the presenter advances the main presentation your device will also allow you to view the new slide.

I’ve attended an event using Glisser and now I want to present using it, what do I do first?
You just need a web-connected laptop. Next, register at glisser.com website and follow the instructions from there.
