If you are experiencing any problems during a session or an event and are struggling to resolve these issues, then you may send your debug information to the Glisser team.
This helps us to capture important information regarding your browser and the actions you have been taking within the session/event.
To send the debug information to the Glisser team please follow these steps:
- Click on the hamburger icon in the top left corner.
- Select the support button at the bottom of your screen.
- Click on copy to clipboard.
- Send the information to email@example.com.
- Click on close.
- In your email to the Glisser team please state the issue you are experiencing along with the debug information.
