Customise Download Email

When your attendees opt in to download your content, a download link is sent to them via their indicated email address at the end of your presentation. You can customise this download email and who the content is sent from in order to stay consistent with your brand and keep interacting with your audience at every touchpoint of your event.

Customising your download email allows you to control several different design elements. The email sent to your attendees contains a name of your choice, logo, your accent colors, the background image, the session title, who the email is sent from and customisable text.

As seen in the photo above,  your email reflects these options:

  • A) Customisable Sender (up to 80 characters)
  • B) Accent Color
  • C) Logo/Uploaded Picture
  • D) Light/Dark Theme
  • E) Background Image
  • F) Session Title
  • G) Custom Text (up to 140 characters) 

In order to customize these details, go into your session settings and choose Content Download

At that point you can toggle on Customise Email and click on the orange text below that says: Customise Email

 

Clicking on Customise Email will open up an overlay that allows you to edit the sender name (A), custom text (G) as well as a logo/custom image (C) and custom background image (E).

 

Here, you just type in the email sender name, custom email text and upload your image from your computer! 

 

The sender name will appear in the attendees email inbox once the download is complete and the session is ended like so:

 

All the other aspects of the email that come in such as the dark or light theme, accent colors, and background image are pulled directly from your Personalisation Settings, and similarly the session title is editable in the Glisser platform. These features ensure that you customised download email is consistent with your brand.

Customising your download email can help raise brand awareness and lets you inject your messaging at every step of the way. Now, when attendees download your content, they’ll be able to interact with your brand even after your event!
