If you are experiencing real time content not appearing on your device, please follow below steps to help troubleshoot realtime disconnection:
- visit websocket test site
- paste wss://sockets.glisser.com/socket.io/?EIO=4&transport=websocket in the Location textbox
- click connect to check if you are receiving “CONNECTED” in the log window
- check if you are receiving a “CONNECTED” event back from the server
- If you receive “DISCONNECTED” in the log window, you may share your device information with us using our IT support modal, however this is due to your device’s firewall/VPN.
- Alternatively, if you would like a quick fix, then we would recommend that you access the Glisser event on a different device.
