The Role

 

To accelerate our revenue growth and support the growth and development of our US SDR team, Glisser is seeking an SDR Manager to join our ever-growing team of fun, driven and successful sales professionals. This role is important to Glisser as we fuel our ambitious expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Coach, develop, train and grow a team of SDRs located throughout the United States
  • Own and manage metrics and targets that help drive our monthly, quarterly and annual goals
  • Continually optimise sales cadences, pitches and collateral for optimal results
  • Act as a true 'leader-coach' and team player to drive process and performance improvement
  • Foster an environment of continuous learning for our Sales Development Team
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Revenue Operations to continuously improve our client acquisition efforts
Who you are

 

  • Prior management experience leading an outbound Sales Development team with a high emphasis on calls at a fast-growing SaaS company
  • Metrics-driven, with an analytical approach to solving business problems and coaching sales reps
  • Experience building multi-threaded campaigns across enterprise organisations
  • Creative and strategic approach to generating qualified leads
  • Experience using Salesforce and a modern sales stack
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent written, oral, listening and presentational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and interact with stakeholders across multiple departments

How We Work

 

We are currently fully remote, with a view to moving to a hybrid model when appropriate. We expect to meet physically at key times throughout the year, focused on making these sessions a highly effective use of everyone’s time. Day-to-day, we intend to remain largely virtual.
