We are headquartered in London, UK, though for the most part we work remotely.

The Opportunity


Our client relationships are our top priority. We’re looking for a dedicated and personable Account Manager to maintain our clients’ accounts and serve as our main point of contact. You will be responsible for owning the commercial relationship with existing clients, majoring on renewals and expansions. 

Here are the Account Manager’s main objectives:

  • Maximise renewal and expansion figures
  • Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client commercial and licensing needs
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships, renewals and expansions
  • Maintain accurate client records on Salesforce and Strikedeck, keeping track of all timelines for contract updates and renewals
  • Work with Customer Success and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
  • Support our Customer Success team with client delivery from time to time

Our Account Manager will be naturally commercially-savvy and passionate about the event industry...somebody who is hungry for growth and who thrives on providing exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll enjoy working in a high-paced startup environment in a role that offers variety and you’ll be keen to help mould the future of the business.

We’re ideally looking for:

  • Previous experience in a similar commercial role as an Account Director/Account Manager/Enterprise Sales/Enterprise Customer Success Manager, or similar
  • Track record of achievement in managing enterprise solutions including retention; renewal upsells; account growth
  • A strategic & consultative individual who is able to build trusted relationships with stakeholders up to C-Level, but also commercially-savvy with the aptitude to own the commercial relationship
  • Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce, Strikedeck, etc.
  • Desire to work for a fast-paced dynamic tech start-up
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Desire to learn our platform inside out to be able to give customers the best chance to drive renewals and expansions
  • Professional certification (e.g. from the Strategic Account Management Association)
  • A team player!
