What happens if I get the ‘Exception occurred loading manifest’ error when installing the add-in?

The error pictured can occur if we’ve noticed that some Antivirus software is preventing the Glisser PowerPoint Add-In from installing correctly.

In order to fix this error, temporally disable your antivirus and proceed with the installation. Once this has been completed, you can re-enable your antivirus software.
