Glisser is committed to providing the best event experience possible whilst ensuring the safety of our attendees, staff & crew. A great experience that is safe for all, following etc.venues 18 point plan.

UK PROTOCOL:

  • Please wear face masks upon arrival. Face masks are required when you are moving around the venue unless you are exempt
  • Your temperature will be scanned upon entry. If above 37.8°c you will not be permitted to enter the event
    PPE equipment / hand sanitizer dispensers / bottles of antiviral gel / disinfectant wipes will be available throughout the venue or on request at the conference office
  • Conference seating will be placed at 1m distancing between you and your fellow attendees
  • At all times, where possible, move around the building by following the signage and floor markings
  • Food & beverage will be provided in a covid secure manner and the networking area will be regulated to reduce overcrowding
  • Glisser staff in attendance will use face coverings and will take lateral flow tests within 48 hours before the event takes place
  • It is recommended to use a lateral flow test to ensure you are negative for Covid, within 48 hours before attending the event

NEW YORK PROTOCOL: 

  • If you are unvaccinated, face masks are required when you are moving around the venue and less than 6 feet from others who may be unvaccinated, unless you are exempt
  • If you are vaccinated you are not required to wear a mask
  • Your temperature will be scanned upon entry. If above 37.8°c you will not be permitted to enter the event
  • PPE equipment / hand sanitizer dispensers / bottles of antiviral gel / disinfectant wipes will be available throughout the venue or on request at the conference office
  • Conference seating will be placed at 1m distancing between you and your fellow attendees

EVENT FAQS: 

When and where does the event take place? 
The London and New York venue details are listed below and the event starts at 9am EST / 2pm BST on Tuesday 13 July. If you are joining virtually you can access the event via the Glisser link sent to you by email.

London: etc.venues, 155 Bishopsgate, Liverpool Street, London, EC2M 3YD

Attendees are welcome to arrive from 1.30pm BST. A mid-afternoon refreshment break will be provided followed by drinks and nibbles after the event. The event will be completed by 7.30pm BST. Please review the onsite protocol above.

New York: etc.venues, 360 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10017

A light breakfast will be available from 8.30am EST and a mid-morning refreshment break will also be provided. The event will be completed by 2pm EST. Please review the onsite protocol above.

How do I access the event?
If you are registered to attend in person in London or NYC then your delegate badge will be ready for you to collect upon arrival. If you are attending virtually, simply login to the event via the Glisser link sent to you by email.

What Covid-safe protocols are in place at the venues?
We will be following the etc.venues carefully developed 18 point plan, to keep you safe at all times. You can also find our detailed onsite protocol above, including information on mask requirements.

In addition to the main agenda, what else is happening during the event?
Via the Glisser platform, you will have access to sponsor booths, videos, networking rooms, live chat with the Glisser team, a selfie booth game, augmented reality holograms, mini workout breaks and more! Those attending in person will have the chance to network and enjoy refreshments, as well as access the platform content throughout the day.

Will the sessions and slides be available on-demand?
Yes, we will send you a link to access all sessions on-demand after the event has taken place.

Can I ask questions during the panel discussions and presentations?
Of course! We want this event to be as interactive as possible. In-person attendees may ask questions verbally during Q&A segments, or at any time via the Glisser platform (further instructions will be provided on the day). Virtual attendees can also post questions via the platform and all attendees can view and upvote them.

What if I have technical problems accessing the platform? 
Please note, Chrome and Microsoft Edge are the recommended browsers (make sure these are up to date versions and if you have any issues, clear event website cache and cookies first). Close any other tabs that are streaming videos or audio and disconnect from any VPNs. If your work device has strict firewall restrictions please connect with a personal device.
