We believe in full transparency when it comes to budgeting for virtual & hybrid events.

Budgeting information for hybrid events can be difficult to find, so we’ve put together some example costs that we hope you find useful when embarking upon your hybrid journey. This guide covers what you might expect to pay to stage and produce an engaging in-person only, or hybrid event experience - with and without the content being recorded for on-demand too.

We’ve done this for events hosted in London and New York, to give you estimates in both continents and to offer a good comparison between the two.

Prices will of course vary depending on suppliers, venues and locations, but this guide is based on our experience of working with expert partners like Mantis Broadcast.

Happy budgeting!

“We generate around 50% more marketing leads and these are acquired at a lower cost than without using Glisser – our Cost Per Lead goes down by around 10% thanks to Glisser.”

Susan Good

CEO, Open Ocean Group

“Glisser is incredible! This was our first hybrid event and it went better than we had hoped – it provided a really great experience for both the in-person and online attendees. We got around 25% more attendees and get our cost per attendee down by 70-80% too.”

Claire Gardin

Resource Planning Manager, Clinical Education

“Glisser is one of the only solutions I have seen that is truly user friendly – it’s simple, intuitive platform gave my attendees the very best experience for my virtual event. From on-boarding to live-event execution, the team at Glisser were phenomenal.”
