How Glisser defines Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI)

Our ‘Diversity, Equality and Inclusion’ (DEI) policy refers to our mission to create an all round workforce and environment where everyone has the ability to be the best version of themselves; regardless of who we are, where we are from, or what we look like.

How we define Diversity

We view diversity as the traits and characteristics that make people unique. Diversity at Glisser is a group of employees who are all different, regardless of race, ethnicity, socioeconomic and cultural background, lifestyle, experience, interests – all in the same place.
