When Visa Europe Collab launched its 1st Innovation Exchange in Tel Aviv, Israel in September, it knew it needed to ensure it was a step-up from an everyday series of presentations and pitches.
Attending the event were significant players in the disruptive Israeli tech scene –investors, startups, member banks and the wider fintech ecosystem and the Visa Europe team wanted to keep participant engagement and bridge the gap between audience and the panellist.
At the same time, as this was their first event in the series, collecting data and feedback from the attendees, in order to refine and evolve the event structure and content for future sessions, was vital.
A month before the event Visa engaged Glisser to deliver a fully managed interactive technology solution to capture audience questions and live/post-event feedback.

The Glisser team set up all the content and interactive features, and worked with the on-site AV team to offer seamless switching between regular and interactive content. Slides were shared live to audience devices, and audience Q&A followed every presentation session, with the best questions receiving over 30 ‘upvotes’.
As soon as the event was finished, Glisser delivered a post event survey through the same platform, gathering hundreds of data points for the Visa team.
